JP Perdana出信给银行要求出钱了,phase 3G的,要claim 屋顶,wiring 和室内的东西,请问有人去看是不是真的吗?因为我不在新山了.

Soiv, 我也是phase 3G的. 信里面写多少% ? 我收到这封信件在新年期间是60%. 我有去看在2月是有作,墙壁已经完全有洋灰了. 厨房和洗手间已经有石钻. 我有拍照不过不会放进来。

你不在新山,在新家坡?

   这封信是这两,三个礼拜内收到的, 信里说claim 15%. 我也不在新加坡,我在我的kampung了.

哦!那可能我还没有收到这封信. 信里没说我们的 Phase 3G 家起到多少%吗? 如果信里说claim 15%, 那我们的家可能已经起到75%了. 我想我会在这或下月再去看一看.

With reference to your e-mail dated 15/4/2010, 7.33pm to YB Dato' Seri Kong Cho Ha and officers of KPKT.

A very good afternoon & salam 1 Malaysia to you and fellow friends.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere regret on the progress of the development for JP Perdana by Oxbridge Height Sdn. Bhd.

The issue at hand is mainly and cause by the result of the said developer for not carrying out their part of the bargain to the purchaser. Mr. Law, please take note and I would like to enlighten you on the role & responsibility both the purchaser and developer.

For the purchaser, the choice of choosing this developer fall solely on the purchaser, when a said project fail to complete as stipulated in S&P.

As for developer, his/her obligation is to complete the project as agreed in the S&P, which is 24 month/36 month base on type of development. Should the developer fails to deliver his /her side of bargain, you as a purchaser can pursue this to civil court for breach of contract. Please bears in mind, this project is legally binded between purchaser & developer ONLY! And not others.

KPKT, as a body to monitor all private residences housing in Semenanjung Malaysia. KPKT, through JPN (Jabatan Perumahan Negara)..... carry out their role, to monitor, regulate, enforce and more often than not, facilitate and act as mediator to overcome 'sick' or abandon project as per said.

With all fairness, JPN is doing their level best to handle issue like this. Sometimes, issue of this nature might take/need sometime to resolve as this is something that cannot be done overnight. Just like I say earlier, the responsibility is on the developer to resource for financial funding to carry out on the project & complete. Just for note, JPN is constantly and regularly conducting meeting and site visit to monitor the progress.tq

Refer to the above. As you all the aware, the above mentioned housing estate project have been delay(nearly abundance ) due the irresponsible developer –Oxbridge Height Sdn Bhd which had  been blacklisted by the KPKT. The above incident have giving impact over 1000 family.
I strongly believe that a lot of purchaser did lodge complaint to the KPKT via various way –writing(including myself), through politician but yet get positive and aggressive response from KPKT.  We always informed by KPKT the case is under process.  I hardly understand why KPKT take so long time to process and without the plan and schedule. I myself did email former KPKT Minister and cc to all other officer to lodge the complaint about the matter and take nearly a month to get reply from your end. But till now, the issue still not yet resolve even couple of years time
Sometime , we all really fed up with the KPKT efficiency. We are the people now in lure and we have to responsible to our family member. I believe almost all the purchaser have to suffer the mentality and financially pressure due the abundance project.  We believe almost the purchaser (including me) are work from hand to mouth  in order to own a house but end up with this sad scenario.
I sincerely plead the KPKT, please carry out your duty to do the necessary action but not just telling us the thing is under process. We need the time table /schedule  for the completion of the project. Please do not keep us in black.

Your kind attention & urgency on the above matter is much appreciated.

看到没有, 政府官员怎么样打官腔, 三言两语就把自己的责任撇清料. (还暗逾你笨, 相信这发展商)

在马来亚遇到这种事就自任倒霉吧.
