我有个问题想请教你。我女儿对烘焙有兴趣,而且也已报读32期海清班。如果成功录取的话,我建议她毕业后先工作一年吸取经验,然后到瑞士的Swiss Education Group 读一年的Certificate in Pastry & Chocolate课程,然后就可到他们旗下的酒店实习半年,之后就看有没有机会在海外的酒店工作了。你曾经提到LCB和CIA是世界上最好的烘焙学校,现在我不知道是否该叫她把目标转移到这两所学校。你有何看法?
另外还有一个问题,如果她没有被海清班录取,她就得在本地读。爬了所有帖子,觉得APAM/KDU/Ecole De Patisserie/MIB/Silver Chef/Butter & Olive可以考虑。本来意属KDU,但它的Diploma in Culinary Arts包括烹饪,女儿只要纯烘焙的。纯烘焙的Bachelor of Culinary Management (Hons) in Baking &Pastry恐怕没资格报读,她只是SPM生。这几间学校你觉得那一间最适合,或者还有其他更佳选择?
