在贿选的课题上，不要以为只有给钱的政治人物犯法。
如果选民收钱，请看1954年选举罪行法第10（g）和10（h）：
10. The following persons shall be deemed guilty of the offence of bribery:
(g) every person who, after any election, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, receives any money or valuable consideration on account of any person having voted or refrained from voting or having induced any other person to vote or to refrain from voting at any such election;
(h) every person who, after an election, directly or indirectly, by himself or by any other person on his behalf, on account of and as payment for voting or for having voted or for agreeing or having agreed to vote for any candidate at an election, or on account of and as payment for his having assisted or agreed to assist any candidate at an election, applies to such candidate, or to his agent or agents, for the gift or loan of any money or valuable consideration, or for the promise of the gift or loan of any money or valuable consideration or for any office, place or employment or for the promise of any office, place or employment;

一经定罪，监禁不超过一年，罚款不超过RM2000。
可能，也可以使用2009年反贪会法令第16条文：
Offence of accepting gratification
16. Any person who by himself, or by or in conjunction with any other person—
(a) corruptly solicits or receives or agrees to receive for himself or for any other person; or
(b) corruptly gives, promises or offers to any person whether for the benefit of that person or of another person,
any gratification as an inducement to or a reward for, or otherwise on account of—
(A) any person doing or forbearing to do anything in respect of any matter or transaction, actual or proposed or likely to take place; or
(B) any officer of a public body doing or forbearing to do anything in respect of any matter or transaction, actual or proposed or likely to take place, in which the public body is concerned,
commits an offence.

此法令条文，一经定罪，最多监禁20年，以及罚款不超过涉及款项的五倍。
看反贪会要不要对你采取行动而已。
如果你不怕，坚持要收钱，那我也无话可说。

哈迪承认他们给钱了，
但补充说【那是援助金】，就算没大选，
他们也是会给援助金的。
大选期间给援助金触犯贿赂条例吗？
这还真难说得清吖。

是不是贿选，不是政治人物说了算，是法律说了算。
1954年选举罪行法第10（a）：

这项条文并没有注明必须是竞选期。条文用“before”这个字。大选日期2022年11月19日。2022年8月31日、2022年6月1日等，都算是before election。
所以，是不是在大选期间给钱，不是重点。
条文也用了“money”这个字。援助金也算是money。 |

其实贿选的话，那些政党什么承诺赢了之后人民会获得什么什么方式的“奖励”也可以说是贿选。
可是朝野都喜欢做这种事，每个都乐在其中，变成没人去理会到底这种事合法不合法
