亚航将会升级big visa 至big master

我突然想到一个问题. 就是我们这些有visa功能的big卡 ,可不可以换去普通的big会员卡没有刷卡那种,然后分数全部转过去.有谁可以帮我打去问问看? 谢谢

Important Upcoming Changes to your BIG Prepaid Account

As part of our constant endeavor to improve our service offering, we at Tune Money are upgrading our card management portal and will be launching a new website (i.e. www.bigprepaid.com) for all our BIG Prepaid card products. As a result, we will need to issue you a new BIG Prepaid Visa Card (with a new 16 digit card number).

Our new card management portal and website is designed to enhance your experience with features that will allow us to offer you new products and benefits to improve the value you receive from your BIG Prepaid card. As an example, you will have improved security for your protection allowing you to block or suspend your card immediately if lost or stolen, as well as the option to receive SMS-based alerts on your transactions for greater protection against fraud.

We note that your current BIG Prepaid Visa Card account has not been active for some time. As such, for the safety of your Card account, we will not be mailing your new BIG Prepaid Visa Card to you till such time as we have received confirmation of your mailing address. We will also be placing a hold on your existing Card account on December 15th, 2014 (to facilitate the processing of the new BIG Prepaid Visa Card with new 16 digit number) after which you will not be able to use your existing BIG Prepaid Visa Card. Please do call us to confirm your valid mailing address so that we may arrange to send your new BIG Prepaid Visa card to you.

This exercise however, will not affect your BIG Loyalty account (operated by our affiliate, Think Big Digital Sdn Bhd) and you may continue to access your BIG Loyalty Account as before at www.airasiabig.com.

Please get in touch with us by calling 03 7718 0000 to confirm your valid mailing address so that we can send your new BIG Prepaid Visa Card to you.

是的。登入现在的big户口，选redeem，然后需要再登入一次。选petronas之后会要求输入mesra卡号。

他会寄给你，但是到22dec他们依然还是会cancel你那张所谓‘新’的visa然后auto upgrade你去 ...

Your old BIG Prepaid Visa Card account will finally be cancelled on December 22nd and 5 working days after that, we will transfer any available balances from your old BIG Prepaid Visa Card account at www.airasiabig.com to your new BIG Prepaid Card** account linked to the new upgraded portal at www.bigprepaid.com.

仅取消旧的visa卡

很不公平，我的分数来自搭飞机，cimb，信用卡积分兑换，又不单单从刷卡累积。

我觉得最好是可以集合群众的力量,全部人在fb shot他,就好像之前很多很多人一起shot petronas那个送雨伞的活动那样.
现在问题是很少人知道.他们偷偷做坏事

好的。打算立刻去申请张MesraCard，然后尽快convert point。。过后就cancel这张对我而言没有意义的Visa prepaid了。

The BIG VISA Card issued to you is subject to the Bank Negara regulations governing Prepaid Cards. As such we are required to physically verify your identification documents and evidence of address. We have advised this to you at the time of application, in our Terms and Conditions and through reminder e-mails that have been sent to you previously.

Despite our repeated requests, we have not received these documents. After our last email to you, we had suspended your account.

As your documents have remained outstanding, we regret to inform you that we are now closing your Big Visa Prepaid Card Account. Should your BIG Prepaid Visa Card have a balance, the same will be refunded to you, once you confirm your mailing address with us.

Should you wish to get a BIG Prepaid Card in the future, please do log in to www.bigprepaid.com and apply for a new Card.
