We refer to the announcement made on 28 February 2025 and 7 March 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Parties had, on 28 March 2025, entered into a Supplemental Agreement to vary certain terms of the SSA and Profit Guarantee Agreement (“Supplemental Agreement”). Please refer to the attachment for further details in relation to the Supplemental Agreement. Pursuant thereto, on behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities has submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the withdrawal of the additional listing application in relation to the Proposed Acquisition on 28 March 2025. The Board of Silver Ridge Holdings Berhad (“SRHB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its 51% subsidiary, Total SR Web 3.0 Sdn Bhd had accepted a Letter of Award from Elektron Berkat Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1277762-T) on 18 July 2025 in relation to installation, testing and commissioning of IIKV Aluminium XLPE underground cables and accessories for asset development all zones, distribution network division, TNB-Mainhead (“Contract Award”). The Contract Award sum is RM16,902,836.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Two Thousand Eight Hundred And Thirty Six Only). The Contract Award is expected to commence on 18 July 2025 and to be completed by 20 June 2027. Rationale The scope of the Contract Award works fall within the Group’s ordinary course of business. Financial Effect The Contract Award will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital, substantial shareholders' shareholding, net asset per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries ("SRHB Group"). Bearing any unforeseen circumstances, the Board is of the opinion that the Contract Award will contribute positively to the earnings per share and the future earnings of SRHB Group for financial year ending 30 June 2025. Risks Factors Save for the normal operational risks, the Board of Directors of SRHB is not aware of any other risk factors which may arise from the Contract Award.
