兩發（LEONFB，5232，主要板工業）在鋼鐵業擁有利基市場，不過收入卻得以保持業內水平，本財年成長料超出預期，是黑馬一匹。

商業模式與一般鋼鐵業者不同，兩發在賺幅、庫存和資本開銷等方面皆比其他鋼鐵製造商不同，故鋼鐵價格波動並不會對該公司構成影響，還可選擇將提高的成本轉嫁至客戶身上。

在此商業模式為前提下，我們相信兩發在面對市場低潮時的抵禦能力更佳，更有可能保持盈利。

該公司次季營業額、淨利及賺幅等皆表現佳，下半年只要維持次季成長表現，全年業績即可超越預期。

目前，兩發冀加強鋼鐵加工業務強化成長，單單是去年已添購4台不同儀器，今年將再新增2台儀器，本財年廠房使用率料企82.66%。

該公司宣布每股派息1.5仙，儘管首發股招股書中派息政策為淨利20%，兩發管理層有意在本財年派發淨利30%充作股息，若提高派息額，股項估值則有望提升。

（吉隆坡16日讯）两发（LEONFB，5232，主板工业产品股）执行董事黄尚豪瞄准市场缝隙，放眼成为钢铁生产商和最终用户之间的中介。

《商业时报》引述黄尚豪谈话报道：“钢铁生产商为了节省成本，通常采取大量生产的策略，但大多最终用户无法负担大量购入，因为他们没有加工的设备。”

有鉴于此，两发将担任生产商和最终用户的中介。

“我们向钢铁生产商大批买入货储存在仓库内，并根据客户的要求提供加工处理钢铁的服务。”

两发的核心业务为钢铁下游业务，如销售和处理长钢和扁钢产品，主要客户则包括了建筑和制造领域业者。

“鉴于公司供应长钢和扁钢，所以无论是建筑或制造领域走势下滑，盈利也有一定的保障。”

黄尚豪说：“尽管来自建筑领域的客户不多，营业额贡献率也只有5.3%，但我们还是受惠于经济转型执行方案（ETP）和大型基建计划。”

他举例，用于建筑用途的扁钢需要先切割处理，然而钢铁生产商大多不提供处理服务，所以两发较其他业者较有优势。[南洋网财经]

股東通過1.5仙特別股息 兩發冀新廠房2016年投運

（吉隆坡25日訊）本月初報到馬股的鋼鐵貿易及生產商兩發（LEONFB，5232，主要板工業），建議2013財年額外派息每股1.5仙獲股東通過，2013財年共派發約930萬令吉股息，現階段將專注新廠房建設，有信心可如期在2016年投運。

該公司去年10月8日，已派發每股1.5仙予股東，今日常年股東大會通過每股1.5仙的額外股息，2013財年累積股息為3仙，派息率達36%。

兩發非執行主席拿督黃順坡今日透過文告指出，上市后將專注建設新廠與購買新機器事宜；首先將在鄰近總公司的兩發大廈尋覓有貨倉設施的地段設廠，再來是購置新的分條機器（slitting machine）為顧客增值。

“這是我們回報股東支持的時刻，感謝他們對公司的信任與支持，我們在2013財年共派發約930萬令吉，等同淨利的36%，相信添置新機器后，可助我們滲透新市場。”

他說，根據公司定下的時間表，將在明年開始動工建新廠，有信心可在2016年投運。【中国报财经】
