All abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcement dated 25 July 2011.
HwangDBS, on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 4 August 2011, which was received today, approved the listing and quotation of 21,000,000 Bumiputera Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bumiputera Issue.
The approval for the above is subject to the following conditions:
(1) Digistar and HwangDBS must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bumiputera Issue;
(2) Digistar and HwangDBS to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bumiputera Issue;
(3) Digistar to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bumiputera Issue is completed; and
(4) Certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed Bumiputera Issue.
This announcement is dated 4 August 2011. |

我看了这个股的三次底线都在于RM0.440...昨天虽然有跌但是还是处于0.440平线。。所以是进货的是时机！！我个人看法。。。
但是如果下个星期一下跌破0.44.。。就要考虑要不要买了。。。但是这个公司还有发展空间和潜质量的！。。
昨晚美股还有缓和一点。。相信会起回。。 digista ...加油！！！林北相信你！！ |
