請問公司投資在股市(makertable securities)的營利需要課稅嗎?

這幾年PTARAS管理投入在股市的錢也不少,收穫也不錯.
然而我想查查看PTARAS最近有沒有誤踩MEGAN和TRANSMIL這些地雷,成為受害者.
請問樓主那裡可以查得到?

此股在2008年凈賺2382萬3000令吉，2009 年凈賺1147萬。

此股有充裕現金，相信已被玩家看中，但至少要準備持票才可以玩，
因為買者排很小量，賣者排很大量，假如沒有持票，炒家不向上推，

鵬發獲5485萬打樁工程

（吉隆坡7日訊）鵬發（PTARAS，9598，主要板建築）宣佈，獨資子公司Pintaras Geotechinics，獲一項總值5485萬令吉的打樁、隔板和相關工程合約。

該公司向馬證交所報備說，上述工程是由Oasis花園發展私人有限公司頒發，為Oasis花園位于安邦的住宅和商務房產發展工程，完成打樁、隔板和相關工程。

該工程即日起生效為期9個月，料能為集團帶來更多盈利貢獻。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡28日訊）鵬發（PTARAS，9598，主要板建築）宣佈，子公司Pintaras Geotechnics獲Lumayan Indah頒予總值3000萬令吉的合約。

鵬向馬證交所報備，子公司將為坐落在隆市康萊路（JALAN CONLAY）的服務公寓提供基礎工程。

上述工程為期12個月，料將貢獻公司未來獲利。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡10日訊）鵬發（PTARAS，9598，主板建筑組）以336萬令吉現金脫售CORPLAST包裝工業私人有限公司（CPISB）100%股權。

CPISB繳足資本為130萬9千零2令吉，主要從事生產波形塑料板。

該公司表示，上述計劃不會為現財政年帶來實質影響。（星洲互動）

鵬發獲3438萬工程

（吉隆坡9日訊）鵬發（PTARAS，9598，主板建筑組）宣佈獲得Martego私人有限公司頒發3千438萬令吉合約，為吉隆坡一項共管公寓計劃提供清土、打樁建立底座的工程。

鵬發在文告中指出，工程將於3月12日動工，並在24個月內完工。（星洲互動）

聘基金经理管理现金 鹏发股价料跟随大市

（吉隆坡23日讯）分析员预料，鹏发（Ptaras，9598，主板建筑股）在聘请了基金经理管理公司所累积的现金后，股价表现将跟随大市。

鹏发是一家低调的建筑公司，之前聘请了辉立资产管理公司、鑫资金投资管理公司、及Kumpulan sentiasa Cemerlang私人有限公司，管理鹏发所累积的现金。

根据该公司之前向大马交易所发出的文告指出：“聘请投资经理，可释放公司的现金储备，以制造庞大回酬。”

根据鹏发的财务报告，截至2011年12月31日，该公司拨出6157万令吉或相等于87%的现金储备，透过上述的基金管理公司投资在股市中。

致力提高回酬
已经观察家认为，公司管理层向来都会致力于提高投资回酬，因而把资金投资在业务里，不过，鹏发却选择透过基金管理公司投资股市，将直接曝险在股市的风险了，该风险比银行存款高。

因此，鹏发将会成为股市的直接“代理”，业绩表现将直接与股市挂钩。

据知，该公司是在2003年8月开始，将现金透过基金管理公司做投资。

鹏发今日的股价在开市后不久便往下跌，闭市时报2.90令吉，跌8仙，或2.685%。[Nanyang]
