（吉隆坡22日訊）居鑾（KLUANG,2453,主板種植組）及旗下兩家聯號公司古才（KUCHAI,2186,主板礦務組）和雙溪巴眼（SBAGAN,2569,主板種植組）同時建議展開股息再投資計劃。

3家公司分別發表文告指出，將以公佈訂價日算起的5天加權股價，並以不超過10%折價為準，計算有關股票售價。

股息再投資計劃須獲得股東的書面授權，因此股東若是選擇現金股息，則可忽略相關文件。（星洲日報／財經）

(Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement on 22 March 2013 in relation to the DRS) Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 March 2013, 20 May 2013, 18 June 2013 and 3 July 2013 in relation to the DRS. On behalf of the board of directors of Sg Bagan (“Board”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that the DRS will be implemented for the special dividend of 35.53 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Sg Bagan less 25% income tax in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2013 (“Special Dividend”), as announced today. On behalf of the Board, CIMB also wishes to announce that the Issue Price of the new Sg Bagan shares (“Sg Bagan Shares”) to be issued pursuant to the DRS for the Special Dividend has been fixed today at RM2.48 per new Sg Bagan Share. The Issue Price is computed based on the five (5) market day volume weighted average market price of RM3.10 per Sg Bagan Share up to and including 18 September 2013, being the last trading day prior to the price fixing date, and adjusting for ex-dividend before applying approximately ten percent (10%) discount in fixing the Issue Price. The entitlement date pursuant to the Special Dividend and the DRS has been fixed on 7 October 2013. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Sg Bagan Shares arising from the DRS will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in November 2013.
