SP SETIA Bhd’s unit Setia Indah Sdn Bhd is buying 104ha of land in Johor Baru, located adjacent to its established Setia Indah Johor township, from Kelana Ventures Sdn Bhd for RM169.3 million.
The company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that it plans to build commercial and residential properties worth RM1.5 billion and the eight-year project is expected to start by the end of 2011.

My understanding is there are total 6 phases for cascadia. By then e house price will be extremely high. |

Bukit indah今天有renovation fair, 有空可以去看看。。。

不知各位大大是否还记得在当SEC刚launch得时候，有个这样的promotion, 如果你是SEC existing buyer, 你介绍朋友或亲人来买SEC是可的到些奖励的。现在还有吗？ |

还记得，那时说以分数来换取家具。。。
但现在不晓得了。。

我所知到的是如果你是Setia的buyer (除了SEC)再介绍其他人买SEC是可以的到些分数来换家具。但如果是SEC买主介绍其他人买SEC是可以的到RM5k的。Correct me if I'm wrong. |

没错，是有过那样的offer,不过早就没有了。。。那个promo只维持了很短的时间，而且是去年一月时的promo...
