Ltd. (“DEMU”) has received approval for an additional exploration period of 19-months, extending the exploration period until 29 March 2025. The approval was granted from the Indonesian Special Taskforce for Upstream Oil & Gas Business Activities (“SKK Migas”), which communicated the granting of approval from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia (“MEMR”). The extension will allow NuEnergy to complete the exploration firm commitments and to acquire production data for the Muralim Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”).
NuEnergy holds a 50% working interest in the Muralim PSC, covering an area of 688km² in South Sumatra, Indonesia. NuEnergy continues to progress the dewatering process to determine the gas productivity for future development. This will then be followed by the submission of a Plan of Development (“POD”) proposal.
Once the POD is approved, two of four of NuEnergy’s coal bed methane PSCs, will hold a POD, with NuEnergy continuing to progress the remaining two POD’s. Following the successful approval of the POD, DEMU will then be in a position to proceed with field development, surface facility construction and commercial production.

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | GLOBALTEC FORMATION BERHAD ("GFB")Completed drilling and production facility of TE-B06-002 well | We wish to announce that NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”), a subsidiary of GFB which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) has today announced on ASX, the successful completion of drilling for the TE-B06-002 well within its Tanjung Enim Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) Plan of Development 1 (“Tanjung Enim POD 1”) contract area, in South Sumatra, Indonesia. The TE-B06002 well is the second of four planned coal bed methane (“CBM”) wells under NuEnergy’s early gas sales initiative, which targets initial gas sales of 1 million standard cubic feet per day (“mmscfd”) and represents Indonesia’s first commercial CBM development. Gas shows were observed at surface via logging equipment, confirming the presence of coal bed methane (“CBM”) across multiple seams. Consistent with the first well TE-B06-001, NuEnergy has successfully installed a Progressive Cavity Pump (‘PCP’) system at this TE-B06-002 well site. This installation represents a critical step in advancing towards stable gas production and optimizing well performance.
As anticipated, gas build-up is progressing steadily as observed in the casing pressure. Gas will be gathered at the surface facility and delivered to the gas processing facility upon reaching target production levels.
