As an existing member from Resorts World Genting, your membership is recognized here at Resorts World Sentosa. You will continue to enjoy the benefits of your current Membership tier.

When you first arrive at the resort, please proceed to any Membership counter to activate your account and to transfer points if needed.

Our Membership counters are open 24 hours and are located both in- and outside of the casino. If you are not visiting the casino, I suggest you visit the Ticketing & Membership Hub located outside the casino main entrance at Level B1, The Forum.

Please bring along your identification documents for identification purposes. (Singaporeans/Permanent Residents: Identity Card; Foreigners: valid Passport, valid Work Permit)

Reservations can be made by providing details of your intended stay to our Reservations team (Email: Reservations@RWSentosa.com, Tel: +65 6577 8899) and they will assist you accordingly.

2.
Our calendar distribution begins at the end of November. When you arrive at Resorts World Sentosa in December, distribution will be on-going.
