所以到时大家的是一样旧的。。。

一架小电梯的成本大概是一百千咯。。。如果屋价起到1.5－1.6m的话那么就应该行得通吧。。。
setia alam最贵的那款三层也是有电梯。。。。 |

要等到整个precint foresta建好后才能拿钥匙哦。。。。所以后面phase的应该是最迟建好的。。。。 |

I understand from Setia side the Vacant Possession is likely in 1st Quarter 2014 for Phase 1A.
The other phases like 2A & 3A should follow behind probably in few months time.
Hope Setia quality are up to par with their pricing.
Do anyone realize the build up area measurement take into consideration of the car porch though not all developer calculate that way.

从网上拿的资料。。
The difference between these 2 are..LAND AREA is the plot of land, part of which, the building stands on, and this is the area mentioned in the Titile document. BUILT-UP AREA is the portion of the land, on which the building is erected and to include the floors as well, if the building has more than one floor.
Ok this one quite simple. "Land area" is the size of the land that is used. "Built up area" is the size of the house itself. Let me illustrate. Land area of 10,000 square feets and the house has a built up of 6,000 square feets. Its quite straight forward as per what it says.
