Working experience and occupation

Mr. Janssen Tan Meng Hui joined the corporate industry though YTL Corporation Berhad, Lion Land Berhad and later LBS Bina Group Berhad. He has more than 7 years of working experience as the Legal and Corporate Affairs officer with three leading public listed corporate companies in Malaysia involving Power Division, Construction & Properties Development, Cement Division and Hotel & Management Division.He then continued to pursue more challenging career in operation and management in various industries. He started as a Company Director for Komeichi Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd and its subsidiary company (Komeichi). After Komeichi, he was appointed the Managing Director for CS Global (M) Sdn Bhd [which is related to CS Global Ltd, Korea]. CS Global (M) Sdn Bhd collaborated with Reco Metal (M) Sdn Bhd which is related to Reco Metal Ltd, Korea. Subsequently, he joined UPJ Galian Sdn Bhd as its Chief Executive Officer, where he was involved in the operation and management of recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous minerals, mining and property development in Malaysia. On 1st March 2016, he was appointed as Independent Director for Malaysia Pacific Corporation Berhad, a Practice Note 17 company (MPCB) until 17th October 2016. On 18th October 2016, he was appointed the Head of Legal & Business Development for MPCB until May 2019. During his tenure with MPCB, he oversaw legal and corporate restructuring of MPCB. He also headed the team comprising lawyers and licensed financial advisors who had liased with the authorities including BURSA and Securities Commission.
