有3间屋子,没有贷款,但是屋租完全没有报income tax的,所以不打算公开。credit card 都有,installment还欠10k左右

A和B联名借买新屋,会有问题吗?而且A的最大贷款额可以到多少,谢谢

1. 最理想是 90% 贷款, 但是以我所说,需要有SUPPORTING DOCUMENT 来借到 90%
2. 有可能。 还没看过你的文件,不知道。

Hi,
My salary is 5k and remuneration 3k every month. My total limit for CC is 55k with no outstanding which I clear every month.
BTW can I know why HLBB and RHB can offer the loan amount higher than other bank and what is the rate. Recently I had checked my CTOS and CCRIS, and both are clean and no delay payment.

有些agent就跟我说可以贷款到90%
有些agent就说最多80-85%
要怎么知道真正是可以贷款到几%呢? |
