以下是工作内容：

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for setting-out survey points and levels on site
Accountable for carrying out relevant site measurements for computation of interim and final quantities of work done
Accountable for preparing and submitting pre and postconstruction drawings
Liaises with Chief Surveyor to resolve survey discrepancies
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Certified in Cadastral Survey Course.
Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.
Hands-on experience in survey instruments and interpretation of construction drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record.
Excellent team spirit, strong technical and good interpersonal skills and with a "can-do" attitude.

1)        Store Assistant (Permanent)(RMT/201206/04/SG)
West (Singapore)
Working timing: Mon-Fri 8.30 to 5.30pm
Working location: 1 Pandan Crescent. Transport provided. Pick up at Clementi MRT
Budget: SGD1100 – 1300 depending on qualifications and experience. The hiring manager is open to candidate without store experience but willing to do packing.

Responsibilities:
•        Ensure all packaging meet the customers’ requirement.
•        Verify all shipment documents are accurate and complete.
•        Ensure all container markings are properly applied.
•        Monitor and maintain packing inventory.
•        Operate and maintain all materials handling equipment.

Requirements:
•        Secondary school level with working experience in manufacturing environment.
•        Some basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
•        Communication and written Basic English is needed.
•        Forklift license will be an added advantage.  - Training will be provided hence not necessary must have the license.

2)        Store Assistant (Permanent) (RMT/201206/08/SG)
West (Singapore)
Working timing: Mon-Fri 7.00am to 3.30pm.
Working location: 1 Pandan Crescent
Budget: SGD1100 – 1300 depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
•        Perform tasks at work station in accordance to documented processes, procedures/WI/OMS/ Training/ADR.
•        Perform TQC as needed.
•        Maintain 5S & observe safety rules & regulations.
•        Ensure right materials are used for assembly work/process.
•        Account for inventory integrity by involving in cycle count as counter.
•        Meet station manufacturing cycle time to ensure LEAN.
•        Observe and ensure quality criteria of product and raise REDLIGHT if situation warrant.
•        Perform other task as and when assigned by superior.  

Requirements:
•        Secondary/Primary education; understand and able to converse with simple English.
•        Preferably with some manufacturing working experience.
•        Computer literate an added advantage.

3)        Store Assistant (3 months Contract- non renewable)
Budget 1200-1600 depending on qualifications and exp.
Work location: 9 Gul Road.
Working hrs: Mon-fri 8.30am to 5.30pm. Transport provided. Pick up at Clementi MRT, Choa Chu Kang, Boon Lay and Joon Koon MRT)

Responsibilities:
•        Upon receiving, verify & ensure raw materials/finished goods quantity & part number against delivery note are correct before they are stocked at its designated location.
•        Document & update the stocks that are received into the JDE system.
•        Ensure stocks are well protected against damages when stores at the designated location or shipments.
•        Conduct cycle counts on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly as necessary.
•        Implement & practice 5S for all store areas; ensure all safety aspects are adhered & MHE are operated only by trained & authorized person.
•        Perform other assignments as required by Store Leader.

Requirements:
•        Secondary Education.
•        3 to 5 years’ experience in store function.
•        Possess a license to drive forklift and stacker. – MUST have!!
•        Basic Computer data entry experience.

如何到我们这里。。
搭地铁到tanjong pagar ,出了列车后，不要打卡，不要上楼梯，
就是直接地铁开门后就找给残障人士用的直立式电梯，去到一楼(street floor)（会看到街道），
打卡出来后，对面有间7-11便利店，便利店左边会有通道写着international plaza，进去直走到出口看到街道往右走
期间会看到麦当劳在你的左边，继续直走会走到交通灯，
巴士站对面的大楼就是M hotel,巧克力色的,一楼有一间 CAFE 2000
我们在九楼。。

至于地铁的其他出口，例如什么a出口,b出口，由于是在绕远路，所以不建议行走
如果半路迷路了就问路人吧,m hotel 在附近很多人都认得的

我比较少时间上网,所以先把大多数问的问题解答一下
常见问题解答:

        1. 面试请带文凭
        2.如果你是pmr,我们当然优先选择spm文凭的,人头税差很大
        3.工作有时很忙,有时很空闲
        4.我们不要兼职
        5,优先考虑即刻开工的/有经验的
        6.工作时间必须两段时间都做
        7,需要会简单英文,会日语更好.不会日语的在工作中需要学习一些简单的食物日语名词,慢慢来,不紧张
        8,完全没经验也可以做,有日本餐经验也可以来面试,任何有关薪水问题,可以见面和老板谈,我无权做任何答复
        9,面试的26号星期五是第一批面试,因为老板常常不在或很忙,星期五是老板特地抽时间出来的
           如果这一批过后还需要人,会再放贴上来
        10,面试时间可以早一点来等,傍晚也可以来,但是不保证之外的时间老板有在
        11,如果你发现帖子的时候已经过了面试日期,请去搜寻一下是不是有新的贴出现(如果我们还要人)
        12,寿司台暂时不请学徒或有经验的
        13,不考虑请短期的
