Me too just started, were now searching for 2nd investment..

第一间很幸运的捡到所谓的durian runtuh.. 但是目前有些问题还没拿到钥匙..

二月2014 签S&P 270k, 你看IPROPERTY现在放多少.. 应该算是dead chicken吧..

in fact is not dead chicken also, i noted tis condo from 2012 selling at 300k and i bought tis yr for 440k.
i didnt buy due to no bullet. gonna know d area tat u invest and when u think is value for money then go for it.
i wonder kelana jaya doable onot, still studying and survey. any 1 can share ?
