香格里拉次季净利跌18%

（吉隆坡17日讯）香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板酒店股）截至6月30日财年次季，净利按年跌17.52%至1328万4000令吉，或每股3.02仙；另外，公司也宣布派息3仙。

公司向马交所报备，累计上半年净利按年跌7%至3268万7000令吉，这归咎于吉隆坡香格里拉酒店和槟城今旅酒店因装修期间表现不佳，另外，缅甸的联号公司的贡献也下滑。

不过，当季营业额，从上财年同季的1亿1156万6000令吉，按年扬10.24%至1亿2299万2000令吉。

累计上半年，营业额则录得2亿5312万8000令吉，按年增3%。公司指出，槟城和沙巴度假村的表现出色，抵消了吉隆坡香格里拉和槟城今旅酒店营业额下滑的影响。

同时，公司宣布派发每股3仙中期股息，除权日和享有权益日，分别落在本月20日和24日，支付日则在11月14日。

展望下半年，公司预计吉隆坡香格里拉在餐饮设施全面升级后，营业额和净利将会增长。另外，槟城今旅也完成装修工程，预计住客率和房价将有所改善。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡10日讯）香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板酒店股）截至9月30日第三季，净利微扬0.3%至2998万8000令吉；营业额增长10.6%，报1亿5729万6000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利萎缩3.5%至6267万5000令吉；营业额涨5.5%，报4亿1042万4000令吉。

香格里拉向交易所报备，首9个月的营业额走高，主要由沙巴和槟城的度假村所贡献。

净利滑落归咎于吉隆坡香格里拉酒店表现下滑，以及槟城今旅酒店（Hotel Jen Penang）展开装潢。另外，缅甸联号公司的净利贡献也减少。

展望未来，该公司看好，今年的酒店业务将持续令人感到鼓舞，因企业和休闲旅游的势头正高涨。

而香格里拉旗下的酒店与度假村，也已准备好受惠其中。

该公司相信，吉隆坡香格里拉酒店的营运表现能取得改善，因为新装修的宴会庭和全天营运的餐馆将捎来贡献。

另外，槟城今旅酒店也将继续增长，装修后的房间和设备，均能支撑入住率和房价。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Berhad (“SHMB”) wishes to announce that on 22 November 2019, the following Hotel Management Agreements (“HMAs”) were entered into between:- a)  SHMB and Shangri-La Hotel Management (MY) Pte Ltd (“SLMY”) in respect of Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa; and b)  SHMB’s wholly-owned subsidiary Golden Sands Beach Resort Sdn Bhd (“GSBR”) with SLMY in respect of Golden Sands Resort; and c)  SHMB’s 60% subsidiary Komtar Hotel Sdn Bhd (“KTH”) with SLMY in respect of Hotel Jen Penang; (collectively referred to as “the Transactions”) for the provision of hotel management, marketing and reservation services to the 3 Hotels respectively.
