Please be advised that we have made the following arrangements for you under MAS Airline.
xxx xx xxxx xxx We have escalated your request to MAS reservation team hence will revert to you within 1 week on the confirmation. As for your return flight you will be notified accordingly.
And also since you have requested to transfer to an alternative airlines, please be advised you will be transferring from LCCT to KLIA and vice versa, therefore you need to check and produce all the necessary/relevant travel document (Visa, Passport, Permit) to the immigration department before exit and entering both terminal (KLIA and LCCT).
