如果是LOW COST的组屋可能没有title 就需要申请！那是在竞投之后的事。如果是廉价屋。就没有这个程序。

首先您得从POS里查询和LANDSEARCH那个产业是否有独自的TITTLE。 如果没有就需要申请！您明白吗？
