侨丰创投每股30仙 售绿驰通讯15.92%

（吉隆坡4日讯）侨丰创投（OSKVI，0053，创业板）宣布，子公司侨丰科技创投通过场外交易，以每股30仙，脱售绿驰通讯（GPACKET，0082，主板科技股）的15.92%股权。
根据文告，侨丰创投脱售绿驰通讯的1亿989万5475股股票，总交易值达3296万8642令吉。
每股30仙的脱售价，也相等于是5日交易量加权均价（VWAP）的2.7仙，或9.89%溢价。
脱售收益将用来为每日营运融资，包括投资活动和一般的营运开销。
该公司坦言，以溢价脱售股权，让侨丰科技创投获得很好的退场机会。

亏售绿驰通讯持股 OSK国企动向受关注

（吉隆坡27日讯）OSK国企有限公司（OSKVI，0053，创业板）最近脱售在绿驰通讯有限公司（GPACKET，0082，科技组）的全部15.92％持股予后者大股东，由于今次的出售招致亏损，因而引起市场人士的注目。
这个窘境是可以理解的。毕竟，OSK国企是本地上市的风险投资和私募股权投资公司，并由资深股票经纪人、银行家和商人丹斯里黄宗华成立。
此外，OSK国企在2000年已入股绿驰通讯，当时后者还未上市，直至2005年它于自动报价市场（现称创业板）上市，并在2007年转至主板。同年，绿驰通讯达到全盛时期，当时它的股价较目前上涨逾22倍，而且是OSK国企的投资组合中表现最突出。
上述脱售导致OSK国企亏损110万令吉，以及每股盈利减少1仙。不过，对黄宗华来说，这是个小问题，因他被福布斯列为大马第35大富豪，而他的财产高达4亿3500万美元（18亿5000万令吉）。
然而，仔细观察发现，OSK国企于2004年和2014年之间实际花费9350万令吉收购绿驰通讯股票，它在12月4日于业绩报告中指出，该批股票的现存价值是3410万令吉，而脱售亏损是110万令吉，这意味着经过多年来利用渐进的合理价值会计方式来注销5940万令吉。事实上，在截至去年9月30日止的首9个月，该集团的账面净亏损达1530万令吉，主要是由于去年第3季的上市投资组合出现1348万令吉的合理价值损失（去年首3季是2050万令吉）。
“黄宗华是一位经验丰富的股票经纪，也是企业界的知名人士。事实上，OSK国企以亏损代价出售它在绿驰通讯的持股，显示他已对后者失去信心和耐性。”
黄氏解释，该项脱售行动只是一般的投资活动而已。
他说：“在OSK国企中，我们经常投资和撤资。我们已在绿驰通讯投资了一段很长的时间，由于没有显著的发展，我们必须寻找其他替代性投资。”
目前，黄氏是OSK国企的非执行董事。他也是辟捷发展控股有限公司（PJDEV，1945，产业组）和兴业投资银行有限公司的非执行董事长，以及在侨丰控股有限公司（OSK，5053，产业组）及侨丰产业控股有限公司，分别担任首席执行员和集团董事经理。
他称：“多年来，我们已经看到绿驰通讯的荣境与困境。至于未来也没有好转的趋势，因此我们认为现在是合适的出售时机。这个决定有可能是错误，抑或是正确，不过时间将会证明一切。”
黄氏指出：“我不是电讯业分析师，所以我不想评论太多有关绿驰通讯的事。事实上，我没有直接参与出售行动，我让我的助手来处理。”
据市场资料显示，OSK国企在去年12月4日通过场外交易，以总值3297万令吉现金脱售绿驰通讯1亿989万股或15.92％股权。之后，在回复马交所的查询时，它表示，出售事项是由独立第三方配售代理进行，因此没有提供买家的任何资料。
3天后，绿驰通讯创办人潘振祥宣布，他已经在上述交易中购入7589万股或占70%的份额，这使到他的持股增至31.7％。但是它不知道谁买入剩余的股票。

（吉隆坡18日讯）侨丰创投（OSKVI，0053，创业板）截至12月31日末季转盈，净赚1301万1000令吉，优于去年同季的净亏1809万2000令吉。
末季营业额则按年上扬42.72%，从2601万3000令吉，增至3712万6000令吉。
该公司的末季业绩有所改善，归功于投资组合转盈获得的账面盈利。
全年计算，净亏则收窄至227万6000令吉；不过营业额则下跌35.32%，报6624万7000令吉。【南洋网财经】

OSK Ventures 第三季净利企稳

（吉隆坡15日讯）OSK Ventures International Bhd 连续两季获利，2016财政年第三季净赚552万令吉。
OSK Ventures表示，集团业绩表现走好主要受益于较高的收入，以及金融工具录得418万令吉的净合理价值收益，相比2015财年第三季蒙受净合理价值亏损。
该集团昨日向大马交易所发布文告指出，2016财年第三季（截至2016年9月30日止）的营业额也从同期的302万令吉，翻逾两倍至959万令吉。
“我们维持选择性投资策略，以及投资拥有强而有力的产品、有效的领导及在专注领域拥有专业管理团队的公司。”
OSK Ventures补充说，该集团还有其他交易正在进行中，并期望在近期完成一些投资。
“自上一季开始，我们已为我们的投资组合添加定位良好的公司。
“凭借着目前的正面现金流，我们正积极开拓与创建投资组合，并将继续致力于优化集团业绩。尽管如此，我们将继续留意与监察近期市场不断加剧的波动情况。”

（吉隆坡17日讯）侨丰创投（OSKVI，0053，创业板）截至3月杪首季，净赚1475万令吉，或每股净利7.47仙。
该公司昨天向交易所报备，上财年同期净亏483万8000令吉，或每股净亏2.45仙。
营收飙3.64倍
业绩改善归功于金融工具的净合理价值收益，达1524万令吉。
当季营业额也按年大涨3.64倍，至2427万9000令吉，上财年同期则录得523万8000令吉。
侨丰创投表示，将继续专注投资在录得强劲增长的公司。目前，公共投资组合依然稳健增长，并会继续找寻投资机会以优化投资回酬。【e南洋】

侨丰创投次季净利翻11.4倍

（吉隆坡15日讯）归功于金融产品净合理价值获益，侨丰创投（OSKVI，0053，创业板）在截至6月杪的2017财年次季，净利暴涨11.4倍。
侨丰创投今天向交易所报备，该季净利录得2954万令吉或每股14.96仙，高于去年同期的237万6000令吉或每股1.2仙。
营业额也从去年的1240万4000令吉，按年提高1.2倍，至2685万4000令吉。
侨丰创投解释，净利暴增归功于该季的金融产品净合理价值，获得3008万令吉盈利，远远高于去年同期的57万令吉。
料每股赚22.43仙
累计首6个月，净利报4429万令吉或每股22.43仙，优于去年同期的净亏246万2000令吉或每股1.25仙。
上半年营业额录得5113万3000令吉，年增1.9倍。
该公司也透露，上半年的金融产品净合理价值获得4532万令吉，而去年同期为亏损395万令吉【e南洋】

侨丰创投第三季亏1506万

（吉隆坡18日讯）侨丰创投（OSKVI，0053，创业板）截至9月30日第三季，净亏1505万7000令吉；营业额则高涨1.38倍至2282万9000令吉。
以首9个月而言，净利则飙涨8.5倍至2923万3000令吉；营业额激增1.7倍，报7396万2000令吉。
侨丰创投向交易所报备，今年迄今净利走高，主要归功于金融工具录得净公允价值收益。
若只看第三季，则是亏损1506万令吉，去年同期为净赚552万令吉。
该公司解释，额是因为当季的收入减少，且金融工具蒙受一笔1526万令吉的净公允价值亏损。
侨丰创投表示，下个财年将持续专注于拥有稳健增长前景的公司，及为私人投资组合提供优秀的产品。
未来12个月，该公司将落实数个投资。今年初起，投资组合也看见稳健增长，相信这能延续至末季。
