急~~ PLAZA MEDAN PUTRA KEPONG RM290K 买的过吗？

i stay prima tiara 5 years, maintenance committee very responsible, never heard people pecah rumah, good access, less occupy, one block only easy to control. mandy villa also ok but access not very good, infront jalan segambut, jam always somemore beside malay kampung. now i think can get below 200k without renovation. consider cheap in KL addresss |

昨天去TESCO KEPONG shopping的时候看到One Damansara的booth。
1,396sq. ft. 卖RM270k一个carpark，additional car park RM19k。
楼主可以看看。 |

是吗？我记得去年年头我去看，我印象中好像是9百多方尺的270k, 千三方尺的要330k....如果我没记错的话。。。。。 |
