On behalf of the Board of Directors of LSK, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake an issuance of up to 83,907,852 Bonus Shares on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing LSK Shares held on the Entitlement Date.
