Samson has entered into a binding agreement to sell 24,000 net acres ofits 40,000 net acre holdings in Goshen County, Wyoming for $79.1M cashand a 4.8% non cost bearing ORRI.

The amount of acreage Samson will actualy
convey and therefore the cash Samson will be receiving could be reducedto $69.8M if the approval for the Exploratory Unit is not recieved byclosing and could be reduced to $61.0M if both the approval for theExploratory Unit is not recieved by closing and drilling permits havenot been approved for 1,920 acres (three 640 acre sections)
outside the proposed unit that have lease expirations later this year.

Samson stated they expect that the Unit will be in place by the closing date and stated
they were pursuing drilling permits that would allow the 1,920 acres o/s the proposed unit
with lease expiraions later this year to be protected and made part of a post closing adjustment.

It appears that in all probability that Samson will be conveying thefull 24,166 net acres and receiving the full $79.1M cash and a 4.8% noncost bearing ORRI.

If the timing of receiving the requested State approvals reduces theacreage conveyed and therefore the cash Samson will be receiving to
$69.8M or $61.0M then Samson will be retaining any excluded acreage andhave a strong possibility of creating even greater value through theirown developement of the excluded acreage.

The point I am attempting to make is that the acquiring company isanticipating to produce a substantial after tax profit on the acreagethey are acquiring, therefore the value of
any retained acreage by Samson could be projected to have a strong probability of generating an even greater value to Samson.

IMO $79.1M of immediate cash or $61M of immediate doesn't make much ofa difference. Samson will have sufficient cash to expedite thedevelopement of their retained acreage in either scenario. The onlynegative I can see is that Samson would have a small amount of specificacreage that they would need to develope prior to possible leaseexpirations.

你們都很猛啊,我還在想辦法要怎樣拿到更多錢去買ssn.和銀行借錢又很難這樣.有什麼Loan容易借又借得多的?

绝对不可以啊，我的ssn手头上也是2000 unit而已，只不过在$0.55时进的。我只是玩玩而已，不是赌身家的。

你看到vvus，那么你也应该留意arna，因为这两个是competitor，前者的药不比后者的好（减肥药），所以一个跌，一个涨。

    我选的是七千五,但好像你说的,有拿到一半就很幸运了..所以,也不知道可以拿到多少..今天SSN PRE-MART好像有又是上升趋势....
