爸妈和姐弟偶尔都会上来，所以暂时来说都是三个人。

银行approve了之后。。你们会先拿offer letter然后才过去lbs lawyer那边签SNP吗？

the bank officer is the one who will send our loan offer letter direct to the developer and lawyer office, then we call up the lawyer office and speak to a malay girl (Ima) to inform her that we want to collect the S&P agreement. But she told us that later on we have to go to the lawyer office again to sign another legal document (bank loan).

sorry Allen, i didnt notice your message here...i did call up to the lawyer office, they said any time during office hour. So have u sign the S& already? ...We are so excited bout the house, coz this is our 1st house ...hehe...
We are now using a software call Google SketchUp to draw a 3D model of the house, i will share with u once it is complete... |

Hi Allen and Chris...great to be your neighbour..me at front row also facing to main road as well...I think will be own stay but subject to the population as well. As you all mentioned earlier, majority there are non-chinese. So, depends on the situation.
However, my loan approved oledy..now waiting S&P..
