没有好的矿物质，H2O也只是H2O，对人体没有什么大帮助

没有关系。这只是各自的卖点。那么需要溶在液体的矿物质的话，每个人都的买 evian 矿泉水了。我们water board 来的自来水一公升还有多少矿物质？
WHO 对于饮用水没有对矿物质的要求。
