以下是我在另一个论坛回复其中一位用户的答案，希望能给你一些解答：
It is legal to use head lamps with LED Rings or CCFL rings....
It is also legal for users to use projector lamps (like BMW,Mercedes etc)
The thing that matter is the bulb u use...
If u use a high powered HID bulb...u might get urself into some trouble...
The debates are still going on...
As if they banned the use of accessory HID bulbs then why they allowed to import vehicles that comes with Projector lamp with HID or Xenon bulbs??
Just because they pay more taxes?
By the way...if JPJ officer really wants to cari pasal...
They will stop you even if u just change a bigger exhaust pipe or a bigger muffler tip...
Or even a shiny number plate....
There are always some risk involve when u mod ur car....
