MTRONIC,0043美全啟動安徽水源處理廠工程

（吉隆坡）美全（MTRONIC,0043,主板科技組）宣佈正式啟動在中國安徽省來安縣水源處理廠的土木工程。

美全公司發表文告指出，有關工程料在2010年竣工，將為美全的未來盈利作出正面貢獻。

之前美全公司獲頒中國一項為期33年的水源興建營運轉移（Build-Operate-Transfer）特許經營協議，而每間水源處理廠預估耗資6100萬人民幣（約馬幣3000萬令吉）。

过后升到0.16就没去理

下午突然暴跌，砍都砍不及。。。0.12卖了

RM1000++就飞了

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has on 21 October  2009  issued an UMA query
on the trading of the Companys shares.
In this respect, investors are advised to take note of the Companys reply to
the above UMA query which will be posted at Bursa Malaysias website under the
company announcements, http://announcements.bursamalaysia.com when making their
investment decision.

The contents of the UMA query is as follows:-
UNUSUAL MARKET ACTIVITY
We draw your attention to the high volume traded in your Companys shares
yesterday
In accordance with the Corporate Disclosure Policy on Response To Unusual
Market Activity pursuant to paragraph 9.11 of the Main Market Listing
Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities LR"）, you
are requested to furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"）
with an announcement for public release after making due enquiry with the
directors and major shareholders seeking the cause of the unusual market
activity in the Companys securities.
In this respect, you are also required to publicly confirm, amongst others, the
following:-

1.         whether there is any corporate development relating to your Groups
business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account
for the unusual market activity including those in the stage of negotiation /
discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including the status of the
corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decision;
2.        whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and
affairs of the Group  that may account for the unusual market activity and in
this respect, you are required to comply with paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of the
Bursa Securities LR;

UNUSUAL MARKET ACTIVITY
We refer to the query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities)
dated 21 October 2009 in respect to the above matter.
The Company after having made due enquiries with the members of the Board of
Directors and Major Shareholders, wishes to clarify that save for the
announcement made on 15 October 2009 pertaining to the commencement of work for
the BOT Water Concession in LaiAn County, Anhui Province, Peoples Republic of
China, the Company is not aware of any rumour, report or any other possible
explanation concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account
for the unusual market activities.
The Company has been advised that Zonemax Holdings Ltd (BVI) has ceased to be a
substantial shareholder.
Notwithstanding that, the Company is in constant efforts to source for
investors, investment and business opportunities in Malaysia and other regions,
which the finalised terms and conditions are to be announced in due course upon
full agreement and finalisation with the relevant parties.
The Company has complied with Paragraph 9.03 of the Bursa Securities Listing
Requirements.
