報告:我的data usage還沒update,還是停留在3號那天。
急死人了,剛才打電話去P1,服務不錯,選了華語,立刻有華人來聽,
她說可能是她們的系統有問題所以慢點才update,天啊,不會等到我過了試用期才update吧..........
她還說目前我已經用了接近1gb,但是她只能看到total罷了,看不到upload和download分別是多少.......... |

有人成功terminate contract 吗?
我用了半年,upload 一直有问题, 就算要attach 照片都failed.
confirm 照片size 不大,没到1mb.
从49 upgrade去 99,还是一样。本来以为是package的问题。
我不on9 tv, 没有bt, upgrade 了一个月20gb 都用不完, 上个月才用8gb而已。
这样我很不方便啊! 我只是要on9 surfing 而已~
既然p1wimax 声明地区问题, 用户多就会慢, 那我要求terminate contract.
有人成功terminate 过吗?
我已经跟mcmc 投诉了, 可是没有attach 任何ping file. upload一直failed.
也跟p1wimax complaint 了,可是没有回应 |

我也想terminate 只不过很麻烦 要跑去PJ然后又TMPOINT
若想terminate首先就得去这儿complaint https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/或者 http://www.cfm.org.my/
之后还不解决的话才要求terminate/cancel account without penalty!
