Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.

（吉隆坡7日讯）吉朗（ZELAN，2283，主板建筑股）再度减持IJM（IJM，3336，主板建筑股）股票，以1078万5090.82令吉，脱售IJM的187万6700股。
吉朗向马交所报备，在2月5日至7月期间，以每股5.758令吉，通过公开市场脱售IJM的187万6700股，相等于缴足资本约0.13%。
吉郎最新售股行动，可赚取300万令吉，将用于偿还银行贷款，改善公司负债率。

（吉隆坡15日讯）吉朗（ZELAN，2283，主板建筑股）宣布委任哈兹米巴哈鲁为总执行长，即日起生效。
现年46岁的哈兹米巴哈鲁拥有美国拉马尔大学土木工程科学学士资格，在2010年3月加入吉郎担任特别计划主管后，于2012年2月被提升为总营运长。
哈兹米巴哈鲁拥有23年建筑计划管理、业务发展、设计管理和策略的经验。
另一方面，吉郎在另一文告中宣布，其董事经理拿督莫哈末诺因另有职务，已向公司请辞。
莫哈末诺现年62岁，曾任职于国家工程部和大型私人公司。他在2012年12月加入吉郎，担任董事经理。【南洋网财经】

国内项目提振 吉朗第3季转盈2294万

（吉隆坡17日讯）吉朗（ZELAN，2283，主板建筑股）截至去年12月31日现财年第三季成功转亏为盈，从去年2021万5000令吉亏损，转为2294万3000令吉净利。
吉朗表示，脱售财务资产所得盈利，成功抵消部分减值和财务成本。
首3季赚2458万
在国内项目提振下，吉朗第三季营业额也从1273万2000令吉，上扬306%至5178万4000令吉。
累积首9个月业绩，吉朗成功从上财年3243万1000令吉亏损，转为2458万3000令吉净利；营业额则从4719万5000万令吉，上扬268%至1亿7410万1000令吉。
透过各种努力下，吉朗相信现财年能维持在获利水平。
此外，吉朗在过去3日（2月13日之17日间）在公开市场，以平均5.75令吉或814万6256令吉减持IJM（IJM，3336，主板建筑股）股票，以偿还银行借贷。
这次脱售股票数额占IJM股本0.1002%或总计为142万1400股，吉朗从这次脱售中活动的利润为230万令吉。【南洋网财经】

你好。。。
的確是的。。那是以前的事情咯。。。那時經濟很好尤其是杜拜哪裡。。。。可是2009-2010杜拜產業泡沫。。。
很多機會擔擱或收不到尾。。。
公司損失很大。。。所以股價一直跌。。。然後最近還搞重組的。。。 重新來過。。目前這家公司注重本地發展了。。等待母公司MMC的幫助。。
你要知道多點可以閱讀公司年報。。。。 |
