昨天实在太累了。。竟然将近三十个人考试。等到我的脚都麻痹了。考试前还要当人家的uke。全部考完都已经差不多六点了。两点半到六点。。。哇！三粒钟半！

Aikido Shudokan Malaysia willbe helding a Women Self Defense Workshop at the Seri Kembangan Hombu on 18th May 2008 (Sunday) . The workshop will held from 2pm until 5pm, which the workshop will be conducted by Sensei Ramlan Ahmed, Chief Instructor of Aikido Shudokan Malaysia.

Women's Self Defense is a half day designed program based on Aikido principles. It is a hands-on workshop where participants are taught and practice the basic self defense, variations of physical escapes, control assailants & common basic movements applicable to ward off perpetrators.

Participants will be exposed to co-operative and repetitive intensive attack scenarios where they will be able to enhance their personal attitude of self-assuredness and success.

Those who interested you may contact the details given below. Places are limited, so please contact the admins in dojo for bookings and reservations.

Thambyrajah本来是柔道家，后来去日本拜三船九藏为师。因为那个缘故，所以Thambyrajah那么幸运成为盐田刚三的徒弟。然而，他也兼修柔道和养神馆合气道甚至成为柔道和合气道首位马来西亚籍的有段者。最后回到去芙蓉程香路的一间板屋开办道场，但是却因为两条压制(nikajo osae)技法的缘故所以现在只是教合气道。

Joe Thambu是Thambyrajah的侄子，在幼年的时候已经开始跟他的伯父练合气道。后来去澳洲深造发现没有任何养神馆道场，所以就决定在澳洲创利养神馆的历史。甚至Joe Thambu也有在当地某间club当bouncer，储蓄了一笔钱再加上节省开支就在Thornbury开办了澳洲首家养神馆道场。现在他不但教合气道给公众人士，甚至他也有教给公共以及私人保安。除此以外，他也去世界各地开办研讨会。

Ramlan Sensei开始的时候是拜Sonny Loke为师学合气道，后来他也有分别在Francis Ramasamy、Thambyrajah和Joe Thambu的门下练合气道。最后他在沙登自己开办道场收徒弟教合气道，当然我本身也是其中一个。今天Ramlan Sensei的修道馆已经是IYAF认可道场，甚至他本身也有IYAF相当的地位。

现在国际证书都是由（财）合气道养神会宗家盐田泰久亲自颁发，当然我也看见推荐表格样本也是只可以放片假名（或者是放空）
