Ayear before buying the Echelon site, Genting paid more than $400 million

for 30 acres along Miami’s Biscayne Bay for the planned $3.8 billion

Resorts World Miami. That project was shelved after Florida lawmakers

rejected casino expansion plans, but the company still owns the site and is

considering alternatives.

Estimates of what the company will spend in Las Vegas have varied. In

December, Genting controlling shareholder and Chairman Lim Kok Thay

told Bloomberg News his company would spend $4 billion on Resorts

World Las Vegas’ initial phase.

Genting’s biggest challenge has been an investigation by Nevada gaming

regulators into the company’s suitability to operate a Nevada casino. A

suitability finding is one step below licensing, which would have to be

granted before the development opens in 2016 or 2017.

我都是去monte carlo的 禁烟区不用吸二手烟
从resort hotel 的lobby一直上escalator就是monte carlo 了。

大佬，resort hotel那边走电梯一路直上就是蒙地卡罗赌场了。

实际上追龙和斩龙的胜算是一样的，都有接近50%的机率赢。

不信邪的人会斩龙，以前我就是不信邪的人，曾经有一次看到player一直开了8次，不信邪，RM50开始用martingale下注banker 5 次，结果都输了，不用15分钟输掉了我那时整个月的薪水！！

过了那次还是不信邪，去玩轮盘，用RM350押35个号码，心想我赢的机率蛮高的嘛（94.6%赢），结果第九次就开了我没买的两个号码，输惨！（赢的RM80都不够cover输的RM350！）再不信邪，再用RM350押35个号码！当天一直用这种方法结果总共输掉千多块！

我个人的看法是赌博要信邪，因为在赌场任何不大可能的事情都会发生！假如我问你，轮盘连续开19号7次，可能吗？你一定会说不可能！可是，这的确在美国Las Vegas合法的赌场发生了！

大概是运气和云顶风水阵的问题了……
