Citibank一百元一个机会，从去年的S3到今年的S4, MBB也是一百元一个机会，奖品是Note 8.0或 Nikon DSLR。我刷了很多，结果还是屁都没有一个

他們卻說只能add卡

如果能夠upgrade我想要upgrade，因為有的benefit，plat卡才能享有，gold卡根本只有point而已
