NOTE THIS IS FOR WINDOW XP

Select Start > Run.
Type dcomcnfg
Double-click Component Services at the left side
Double-click Computers. My Computer will be listed in the right
Right-click My Computer and select Properties
Select the COM Security tab
In the Access Permissions section click Edit Default
Make sure you, as the user or System is listed
Click at your user or system make sure Local Access and Remote Acess is checked(Noteocal Access/Remote Access is for my computer may be diff for yours)
If Your computer user this not listed maybe u can add them
Press Add

The Select Users or Groups dialog opens.
In the Select this object type field ..beside click Object Types and select Users if its not selected
In the From this location field make sure your computer name is entered if it is not click Locations and select your computer.
In the Enter objects name type in your computer user name and click OK.
Your User Name shd be added to the List click it and allow it with access/permission

Click OK twice.

And finally maple time!
