company buyback is different with directors buy back
company buy back is to stabelise the share price at the expense of shareholders
director buyback is optimistic about the company future
2 entity have different interest.director will only act on his best interest |

股票買回。。對大家都是好事來的。。。。
因為。。 EPS可以提高。。 還有將來可以當股息分發給股東。。 那麼大股東也是拿到最大的咯。。。

the net asset is 2.64 ,buy back more than 2.64 will decrease your company net worth
Buybacks can also backfire for a company competing in a high-growthindustry because they may be read as an admission that the company has few important new opportunities on which to otherwise spend its money
and the parkson drop is because their china business fundamental is changed
their revenue cant growth at double digit ,their business may steping in declining stage , if you know business life cycle.
dun waste your money in this kind of stock
go for the stock which revenue can grow at double digit and give u 4% dividend yield
do your homework,there is a lot of this kind of stock in market

一家公司的價值。。。不只是看NTA的。。。還有公司企業價值。。。。
任何回購都可能是好可能是壞的。。。

and the temporary drop of profit is because fail to list their business trust in singapore exchange
i dun like argue with ppl because it wont generate cash flow to me
jz want the forurmer know that the fundamental of parkson is change, is not only temporary drop of profit

哈哈。。。 這都是交流罷了。。。
是的。。 我了解這家公司的表現和有研究這家公司的前景。。。是的。。它目前面對了一些挑戰的。。。但如果它成功發展緬甸。。越南。。印尼。。那麼成長速度可以恢復。。。要慢慢觀察和等待。。。。
我也是ICAP的股東我也知道。。。。
我也是BJTOTO的長期股東。。。（這家公司我比你了解很多很多這家公司是不會私有化的還有這家公司的NTA很低。。但公司現金流快所以股票回購是對的）
我是要和你講。。 公司買回股票不是只看NTA的。。。 也是看公司的資金。。。如果很多也沒有地方投資。。股票回購是對的。。
當也有些公司故意利用的。。。 幸好都是有一個限度的。。。 就是10%總股票。。很多股東每年會在股東大會。。要董事部回答。。買賣的原因的。。
如果你認為不可以那麼就可以提出反對的啊。。。
