Do you know if you are D? I? S? or C? Do you know which D Classical Pattern is yours? Which I Profile Classical Pattern? What type of S are you? Which Classical Pattern style is your C? Knowing if you are D, I, S, or C is not enough. You need to know your pattern. Are you Pure Style D - I - S - C? Or are you one of the 15 unique "combination" styles? We provided the following basic definitions to Disc Profile Wikipedia. The only way to know for sure is to TEST... Don't Guess.
Dominance: People who score high in the intensity of the 'D' styles factor are very active in dealing with problems and challenges, while low D scores are people who want to do more research before committing to a decision. High "D" people are described as demanding, forceful, egocentric, strong willed, driving, determined, ambitious, aggressive, and pioneering. Low D scores describe those who are conservative, low keyed, cooperative, calculating, undemanding, cautious, mild, agreeable, modest and peaceful.
Influence (Inducement in Marston's time): People with High I scores influence others through talking and activity and tend to be emotional. They are described as convincing, magnetic, political, enthusiastic, persuasive, warm, demonstrative, trusting, and optimistic. Those with Low I scores influence more by data and facts, and not with feelings. They are described as reflective, factual, calculating, skeptical, logical, suspicious, matter of fact, pessimistic, and critical.
Steadiness (Submission in Marston's time): People with High S styles scores want a steady pace, security, and don't like sudden change. Low S intensity scores are those who like change and variety. High S persons are calm, relaxed, patient, possessive, predictable, deliberate, stable, consistent, and tend to be unemotional and poker faced. People with Low S scores are described as restless, demonstrative, impatient, eager, or even impulsive.
Conscientiousness (Compliance in Marston's time): Persons with High C styles adhere to rules, regulations, and structure. They like to do quality work and do it right the first time. High C people are careful, cautious, exacting, neat, systematic, diplomatic, accurate, tactful. Those with Low C scores challenge the rules and want independence and are described as self-willed, stubborn, opinionated, unsystematic, arbitrary, and careless with details.

一些意见:
担心网友们会有太注重$而忽略其他的倾向。。
在dadi前辈“婚姻与投资”帖子后想出来的人生成功度分析模式(不是只看$),也许不很完善。
首先,出生后,自己只有resource:时间,健康,家人
从这出发,以时间换取,收集更多的resources:
wealth, W
network, N
reputation, R
knowledge, K
health (physical & mental health), H
每样resource都可用于影响本身或另一项resource,
也可以换取另一项resource.
(可试以matrix方式考虑,会有一些insights)
effect from: (W, N, R, K, H) to (W, N, R, K, H)。。
一些特性:
时间:irrecoverable after loss
健康:need maintenance & upkeep。如没有upkeep, reach low value or negative, 其他resource全没用。
家人:隔代传递resources,是其他resources都低或0时,唯一的安全网。
resource vs 时间的投入:都有law of diminishing return的现象。
maximise resource acquisition的方法:
1.时间投入在bottleneck 以平衡,平衡发展,寻求sustainable growth.
2. 80/20 用在各现有resources
3. build system以自己resources换取别人的resources..
risk management:
resource会有gradual decrease或drastic decrease的risk,要先准备,有backup.
以FMEA(failure mode effect analysis),思考risk的SOD(severity, occurrence, detection)... minimize S x O x D product . |

其实之前谈到E S B I的时候,我也有想过就是当我们还在E的时候,除了打工赚钱以外,还可以建立

不然,突然跳到S或B的时候会比较辛苦
DISC test, 到这里注册然后左手边下方有一个link是Free DISC test
我是D=40,I=40, S=4,C=16 :p |

哈哈,你猜对了。
以前(3/4年前)有test过:
public self, private self,perceived self
那时:pure C, transition pattern(也许那时在蜕变), C.D
刚刚: pure C, S.CI, C.S
不过我的可能是旧版本,不是online,用书的。
蚂蚁兄:
近来蛮喜欢思考model..(沉淀期):-)
很喜欢“there is no free lunch"的概念。
这样可以思考action真正的cost & benefit analysis..
(可试以matrix方式考虑,会有一些较全面的insights)
例如:
网友写blog, resource use: time + knowledge..
resource get:
network, reputation, other ppls' knowledge/time (当有人在blog 讨论), multiplier effect。。然后这些flow,带进$。也加着health(sense of community,分享的喜悦等)
但要是太沉迷,忽略家人,废寝忘食,其实是消费着health, family..
health到0了,后悔莫及。。
Stephen Covery的7 habits; 8th habit也很好。

哈哈,我呢就比较以全局的成本与利益去看
比如说写个贴分享心得用自己30minute
可是读的人获得10minute的利益
当读者多过3位的时候,那个贴所创造的利益就大过成本很多了。 |

这部分我有点分别。。:-)
我觉得把自己的时间用在自己最能产生效益的地方(有comparative advantage),就是对社会最大的贡献。
而社会看不见的手(通过supply & demand),应该reward在最能产生效益的地方.
也有点像project selection, budgeting.
不是只选positive NPV 的project,而是选最高NPV 的project..

我想你是指它的行业属于冷门行业。如果才错,请告诉我推荐的原因。
Life Cycle Analysis 是我大学主修的其中一门课。没有想到大马有企业提供这样的服务。
他们算先驱了。我想,以前的专业应该有帮助我了解这家公司的行业。
我会从财务报告先看起。 |
