“Clinical Pharmacy” is a commonly used term in pharmacy practice and in pharmacy literature. Nevertheless, the term is still incorrectly interpreted and used.
In many instances, only the hospital pharmacist is believed to perform clinical pharmacy activities, while community pharmacist is not. Moreover, some believe that the only clinical task is patient counselling.
A definition of clinical pharmacy practice that appears to best-fit practice worldwide is:
‘a health speciality for pharmacists which through skills, activities and services provided to patients and health professionals promotes the safe, effective and economic use of medicines’
Therefore Clinical Pharmacy includes all the services performed by pharmacists and the term “clinical” does not necessarily imply an activity implemented in a hospital setting, a community pharmacist may perform clinical activities as well as a hospital practitioner. |

essay 问题是怎样问的？
application吗？还是就开书找得到答案的？
读完了5个act和regulation
可是不知道要focus什么？
