Application to High Court for an Order to lift or stay the suspension

NASIONCOM HOLDINGS BERHAD (the "Company") -        Application to High Court for an Order to lift or stay the suspension imposed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on the above matter on 19 July 2007, 22 August 2007, 24 September 2007, 26 September 2007 and 10 October 2007 respectively. In view of the ongoing discussions between the Company and Bursa Securities on the matter, the Company had withdrawn its application for an Order to lift or stay the suspension of trading of the Company’s shares imposed by Bursa Securities at the Court hearing held on 16 January 2008.The Court has allowed the Company’s suit to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh should the Company decide to challenge the decision of Bursa Securities after its deliberations on the Company’s intended proposals for extension of time to issue its outstanding financial statements. Contents :	:	The above Company has failed to submit its Quarterly Report for financial period ended 30 September 2007 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe pursuant to Rule 9.22(1) of Bursa Securities' Listing Requirements for the Mesdaq Market ("MMLR").
