千幸萬苦, 終於找到coca codo sinclair
的水力發電機形式,
由聯合國CDM文件中, 發現一些說明:
是pelton turbine, 所以它應是multi jet pelton turbine,
其distributor就不像其他的方式, 建在turbine 入口前, 而是
在外圍. 下圖為典型的multi jet pelton turbine
說到leaking, 應指是distributor welding
部份有cracked.....另外是stopper. 但依
維修備忘錄, 現應是修好了.
所以它的jet nozzles就是這個樣子
個人認為, 工程上發現的問題, 依合約把它完修就是了.
會鬧出這個風波, 不就是因為厄瓜多爾醜陋的政治鬥爭,
coca codo sinclair 就是被當作鬥爭的籌碼,
我們實在沒必要誇大其中的工程的問題!

如果是中方理虧, 怎敢向法庭申請要求支付.

19樓....你又給了甚麼確定性的說法啊, 不過是一些承包的冬冬.
一切問題當然由Sinohydro, 因其身為EPC的主要合約簽署者出面.
你給的Andritz就不會出現在調查裡頭,
因為它是和Harbin Electric Machinery簽合約!!!
先搞懂才來屁!!!!

第二，中国没按照ASME标准进行烧焊，也没按照ASME参数建造 distributor，这些都是垃圾品质的导因哦~

還有合約有沒有這個要求.
