佳利安卖地料赚266万

（吉隆坡7日讯）佳利安（KARYON，0054，主板工业产品股）以471万7247令吉，脱售柔佛马西一片工业地皮给Yusof榨油厂私人有限公司。

佳利安昨天向交易所报备，独资子公司Hsing Lung私人有限公司与Yusof榨油厂签署买卖协议，把占地6541平方米的永久地契工业地皮脱售给后者。

2006年，Hsing Lung以总值约177万9000令吉的成本，买下上述地皮。

扣除脱售地皮的费用，预计公司从中所获得265万6000令吉盈利，并将用作营运资本。

根据文告，目前上述地皮依然空置，脱售地皮让该公司有机会释放资产价值，因为该地皮并未为核心业务带来贡献。

若无意外，脱售活动将在明年首季完成。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡28日讯）佳利安（Karyon Industries Bhd）斥资670万令吉收购位于柔佛州避兰东（Plentong）的3842平方米地段包括建筑物，以在未来增加生产线和储存量。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Hsing Lung私人有限公司已与Easa Trading私人有限公司签署一项买卖协议。

佳利安表示，该永久物业包括一座单层厂房连同双层办公室，净可出租面积约为2858.4平方米。

该集团指出，将通过内部资金约220万令吉，以及银行贷款450万令吉支付收购金额。

因此，负债率将从截至3月杪的0.14倍，增至0.19倍。

“上述物业地理位置优越，将为佳利安的业务营运提供便利，且未来可能升值。”

“有鉴于此，董事部认为，该物业将对集团业务营运和未来收益作出贡献。”

该集团预计，这项收购计划将于明年第二季完成。

The Board of Directors of KIB (“Board”) wishes to announce that Karyon (Jinhua) Advanced Materials Co., Ltd (“KJAM”), a joint venture company of Karyon Ventures Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KIB, will cease all its operations with effect from 31 December 2018 (“Cessation”). Notwithstanding that, KJAM will proceed to resolve on-going business arrangement executed/contributed with customers and/or suppliers prior to 31 December 2018 (if any) accordingly.    KJAM recorded an unaudited loss after taxation of RM70,930 for the 6 months financial period ended 30 September 2018, in which KIB shared 2/3 of the loss, which amounted to RM47,286. This loss has reduced 1.06% of KIB’s unaudited consolidated profit before tax for the same financial period. KJAM contributed only approximately 4.03% of KIB’s unaudited consolidated total assets as at 30 September 2018. Further details information of the Cessation is attached to this announcement.
