进口成本降低．柔佛珍受惠于马币走强

（吉隆坡15日讯）牛奶原料成本降及植物油包装需求高，柔佛珍（JOHOTIN，7167，主板消费品组）预料可从中受惠，并驱动盈利成长。

近期马币强升，达证券相信，柔佛珍70%的营收来自产品出口，但80%的成本与原料是进口，以美元计价，因此该公司是净进口商，马币走强有利于该公司。

达证券根据敏感分析预计，马币兑美元每走强5仙，柔佛珍核心净利可按年走强3%，反之亦然。

奶粉续下滑趋势

达证券会晤该公司管理层后表示，根据全球奶粉交易数据显示，按每公吨计算，奶粉原产品价格下滑35%至1699美元（约6727令吉），归咎于欧盟面对滞销，高达30万吨。基于奶粉易腐坏，且避免浪费，销售方面亦面临压力，因此，全球奶粉价格无可避免下滑。

管理层预期，奶粉下滑趋势将持续。

管理层说，柔佛珍旗下联营公司墨西哥Able牛奶正在建造80万吨产能的炼乳及淡奶工厂，工厂预期可在今年第4季完成。

柔佛珍持有Able牛奶40%股权。

管理层认为，上述业务是抢夺对手市占率的良机外，亦是增强食品业盈利能力的机会。

此外，墨西哥是拉丁美洲自由贸易区，有助于该公司将业务延伸至南美洲地区。预期新厂竣工后，产能可立即提高30%予新旧客户。

达证券相信，新厂可贡献相当高的盈利，且长远来看，中南美洲亦可取得高销售。

目前，柔佛珍80%的盈利是来自食品业的贡献。

钢铁价格料持续攀升

马口铁是柔佛珍其中一项原材料，截至2017年10月止，已经涨至628美元，按年对比，走高13.8%，归咎于中国小型工厂关闭之故。管理层预期今年钢铁价格料持续攀升。达证券相信，钢铁价格不大可能会回扬至2013年平均价格的高峰，当时价格为977美元。

不过，柔佛珍管理层强调，铁罐产品是按成本基础，再加上一定的价格销售，因此成本可完全100%转嫁客户，并在3至6个月内逐渐加价。

达证券预期2018财政年，铁罐制造业务赚幅可从9.5%回复至双位数赚幅。

另一方面，管理层也表示，植物油桶装包需求走强，对铁罐制造业务有所成长，达证券预期，铁罐业务2018及2019财政年营业额可取的双位数成长。

基于脱脂牛奶价格走低及铁罐制造业务赚幅正常，达证券预期2017财政年的盈利预期可走强8%，2018及2019财政年的盈利则再增强2.6%及6.9%。

利好因素包括，马币汇率设定在4令吉10仙及墨西哥工厂的未来2年的产能使用率为30%及40%。

达证券按综合估值法（SOP）估值后，决定维持柔佛珍“买进”评级，并调高目标价，从1令吉70仙调高至1令吉75仙。
