From the site map, if not mistaken I think the door should facing to the direction of south west...not bad!!!
haha...the unit i bought also facing to the same direction..

haha...sorry, i misunderstood ur question...erm, since the number of houses in that row is odd number, it quite unpredictable..
I guess it should be on left side from the direction we enter into house if the layout plan is correct..assumed 406 is paired with 405 or you can check through the brochure where the location of door is opposite direction with the yellow colour wall (toilet at first floor).

如果是后面几排的是ok。。。如果靠近guard house 就不知道了。。还有我才发现guard house 对面就是masjid 了。。。。

Ur house might be Phase 2 which just launching recently, how much the price?...mine one is phase 1

Phase 2 lauch already? so fast? i thought phase 1 still left many not sold out.

I guess only...previously heard the sale agent said the right side unit are reserved for phase 2 buyers, that's why we can't choose any lot other than left side unit.

So, now csjohnson already can buy lot 406...means that the phase 2 already start to launch...even phase 1 still haven't completely sold out...=.=

erm..可能我选择放弃这个project 了。。考虑了很久很久。。今天去看多一次。。看了pearl garden。。很多都在空着很装修着><我在想，如果2015年起好，整个project的人再用1-2年来装修，要到2017-2018才真正看到热闹起来><太久了阿

我也有去看那片空地，真的很大，真的很空。。要建好到营业到热闹。。。五年吧><不是不能等，而是，有钱的话我一定买，现在我和老婆的能力可以刚刚好供这间。。真的要等很久很久才看到东西><谁可以开导下我？哈哈！七上八下阿

现在放弃的话确实太可惜了。。。

况且，楼主已付了定金和签了贷款的Offer Letter ..听说签了之后想放弃这份贷款的话会中罚RM2K （根据Public Bank 的条规）
如果放弃的话，加上定金这 RM3K 不就是没了...我本身也是考虑了很久才决定买
