嘿嘿……大家好。

我上个星期已经电邮给Bank Negara Malaysia，并于上个星期五下午得到了答复。当中提到：

Kindly be informed that if an investment scheme clearly offers an investment opportunity by collecting deposits from the public and investors are promised investment returns within a certain period of time, whereby the original investment will be refunded, it maybe contravene Section 25(1) Banking And Financial Institutions Act (BAFIA). This investment activity is against the law and you are investing at your own risk.  Please invest only with licensed financial institutions only.

重點是這家公司有在BNM的licensed institutions名单里嗎？

国行也不敢讲违反或没有违反。都是一个可能。

还是……小心咯。查清楚，如果是合法及没有违反bafia，那么就投资。如果真的违反，就别投资了。

INTEREST SCHEME SECTION

Interest Scheme is a way of doing business in Malaysia. Interest Scheme involves the pooling of a financial contribution from the public in exchange for an interest in a particular scheme.

The main function of Interest Scheme Section is to register scheme which falls under section 84 of the Companies Act 1965 and to ensure that the operator of an interest scheme is also required to comply with the provisions of Division 5 of Part IV of the Companies Act 1965, Policy Guidelines and Requirements issued by SSM from time to time.

“Interest” is defined under section 84 of the Companies Act 1965 as:

A right to participate or interest in any:
(a) profit, assets or realization of a business:
(b) common enterprise with expectation of profits, rent or interest:
(c) time sharing scheme; and
(d) investment contract.

对啊,我们上一辈的人出什么dua diao的事情也只是懂打999.

其实如果是失火的话应该找消防局, 入贼了应该找警察局,意外了应该打给医院.失火了打去医院喊破喉咙都没有人来救火.

对于参加这Interest scheme的人,如果打去BNM投诉也没有用.因为它是under Company Act的.就是你跟他一起投资做生意. BNM control BAFIA, 就是一般民众存款贷款的机构.

一直拿Bank Negara来压人的大大很过分哦,根本一点都不了解.

IRR 确实是8%
但是不能reinvest 在同样的rate所以compound rate 会比较低
assume 每年 400 reinvest 在 zero risk instrument 3.5% (FD)

FV on yr7= RM 3111.76
total FV on yr 7 = RM3111.76 + RM 5000 = RM8111.76

annual interest = (RM8111.76/RM5000)^(1/7)=1.0716>> 7.16% per year
因为实际年份是7年多，所以compound interest 大概是7%

至于risk...个人认为 > guaranteed fund, but 看起来是合法的investment.
由于是每年固定回酬且母金不变，所以不能跟stock & common fund compare risk
绑死7年， 7% pa, 还蛮合理下

但是个人建议，REIT 可能回筹会更好，风险差不多

我们公司除了固定给出8%的利息外，每年还会有分红。
以及其保证母金于2020年赎回后，所有剩下的钱将会有30%分给投资者。
