Just finish reviewed this quarter result, few points would like to highlight
1) Net cash stands at RM 330 mil or RM1.48 per share, which also indicates that after the capital repayment will have 73 sen cash per share in hand.
2) Receivables to be collected RM98.3 mil or RM0.44 per share.
3) Total cash and receivables after capital repayment is RM1.17 per share.
4) Future prospect is to focus develop on its existing land banks to unlock value. The management believes certain property segment can still deliver market acceptance, based on the good locations in the City and affordable pricing strategy. To seize this opportunity, the
Group is targeting to launch the first phase of affordable home at Kota Kinabalu within next financial year. Meanwhile, the Group has planted 2,352 Ha and 50 Ha in Indonesia and Malaysia respectively. The Group continues to expand its oil palm planting area at Kalimantan Timur and Selatan, Indonesia with a target of achieving more than 10,000 planted Ha within next 3 years. With CPO trending upward due to extreme weather pattern, increasing demand from biodiesel initiatives and population increase, the long term prospect for this business is promising.
5) Property and plantation also under bright future prospect. Furthermore, with net cash RM1.17 cash in hand, can easily give another round of special dividend in this coming year end result.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement of its unaudited financial results for the financial year ended 30 June 2016 (“FY2016”) on 29 August 2016.
The Company wishes to highlight that for FY2016, its unaudited revenue of RM8.9 million (excluding revenue of discontinued plantation business) represented 4% of its issued and paid up share capital as at 30 June 2016. However, revenue for all its businesses for FY2016 was RM112.2 million (as detailed in note A8 of the unaudited financial results for FY2016), representing 50% of its share capital as at 30 June 2016.
GLBHD proposes to seek clarification with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) as to whether the provision of Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”) in relation to insignificant business will apply to GLBHD.
For information, a listed issuer that triggers the abovementioned Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) (“Affected Listed Issuer”) must comply with the requirements set out in Listing Requirements, which include but not limited to, making an immediate announcement to the Exchange of its conditions, regularise its conditions within the stipulated timeframe as well as complying with such other requirements as may be required by the Exchange.
GLBHD will make the relevant announcement after clarification with the Exchange. |

长成1141万售Sinermaju50%
（吉隆坡4日讯）长成集团（GLBHD,7382,主板种植组）脱售旗下公司Sinermaju50%股权予Awesome发展公司，作价1140万8604令吉。
长成集团表示，脱售Sinermaju股权，主要是为了释放资产价值，并可让长成集团获得一次性盈利950万令吉。
