收到一位网友兼学生的询问：KPSCB这家公司如何？

刚好手中也有些资料，于是就帮他看看这家公司基本面如何。

先大概介绍这家公司，KPSCB（高宝成集团，9121，主板贸服股）成立于1983 年5月10日，于1986年上市大马交易所主板。

KPSCB的前身为HAI MING HOLDINGS（海明控股），在2002 年11月易名为KPSCB（KPS Consortium Berhad）。

KPSCB的主要业务有：
- 建筑材料贸易（trading building material）
- 纸张生产与销售（paper milling & paper converting）
- 销售装饰木板（decorative wood panel）
- 纸巾与厕纸（tissue & toilet roll）
- 文具与家庭用品

当中，建筑材料贸易这一业务就占了公司最大营业额的70%；其次是纸张业务，占了27%。

这家公司向来都很低调，鲜少有重大企业动作，所以很多人对它不熟悉也不奇怪。

有人或许会对KPSCB最近一季的业绩感到惊喜，因为其2015年第四季的净利达到1146万令吉。

但是如果仔细一看却不是这么一回事，因为该公司在2015年第四季一共有多达930万令吉的一次性收入，如果将这笔数额扣除，其实其净利也只不过210万左右。

而同样的事也发生在2015年首季，当时公司也有一笔1737万令吉的一次性收入，要不然该季的业绩其实是亏损的。

再来看看KPSCB过去数年的业绩：

自2012年开始至今，该公司的营业额虽然一直增长，但是其获利能力这是每况愈下。而2015年财政年的3172万令吉净利也只是一个“假相”，实际净利其实只有500万令吉左右。而且这家公司在过去几年都没有派息。

公司虽然把生意做大了，但是生产成本与开销也跟着扩大。

此外，该公司的收账能力是个大问题。截至2015年12月31日，公司一共有1亿6380万令吉的应收帐款，而去年同期则是1亿3211万令吉。公司让客户拖帐的数额越来越高，确实让人担心。

最后，公司的现金和银行借贷也是一大考验。截至目前该公司一共有2729万令吉现金（去年同期为2764万令吉），然后银行借贷则有9414万令吉（去年同期为8122万令吉）。

总结
1、公司的获利能力下跌
2、公司没派股息
3、现金减少的同时其银行借贷却增加
4、应收帐款走高，显示坏账的可能性偏高


所以我个人不太建议投资这家公司，除非以上的情况有所改善。

高宝成次季少赚13%

（吉隆坡28日讯）高宝成集团（KPSCB，9121，主板贸服股）截至6月底次季取得261万3000令吉净利，按年下跌13.2%，逊于上财年同期的300万9000令吉。

高宝成集团今日向马交所报备，次季的营业额由去年的1亿6952万3000令吉，挫33%至1亿1360万令吉。

累计上半年，公司净赚442万6000令吉，按年减22.2%，上财年取得568万7000令吉净利。

文告指出，纸张加工和建材业务的营业额，比分别去年同期少540万令吉以及280万令吉归咎于现有客户的需求降低；而一般贸易业务的贡献亦较去年低，因为影印机供应商终止营运，和受到果汁商停止供应的影响。【e南洋】

高宝成3485万买4物业自用

2017年12月9日
（吉隆坡8日讯）高宝成集团（KPSCB，9121，主板贸服股）以3485万令吉购入4块地皮与建筑物自用。

该集团今日向交易所报备，独资子公司KPS Plywood私人有限公司与AICA Digital私人有限公司签署买卖协议。

上述4块地皮位于巴生峇都知甲路，包含单层厂房、办公楼、实验室、工作坊和保安亭。

其中1块地皮为农业用途、其余则是建筑物或工业用途。

高宝成集团将使用内部资金支付20%，剩余则是银行贷款。

该集团指出，买卖协议会在3个月后完成，或延期1个月。【e南洋】
