请问那间银行房屋贷款还可以拿到-2%+BLR% 或更好的?

mingshi大大, 你要complaint一下你的branch manager 了。做么限制多多,什么-2% 。人家去到 - 2。2了, 还可以再fight rate。真的要你黄飞鸿收档meh。哈哈。。。。还有做么pbb觉得借钱给年轻人很高风险? 因为pbb和我讲我太年轻不能拿到-2。2%。那时我才知道有这样的rule。只是觉得奇怪下。。。。 |

怎样complaint 哦。。。 -2.2的 offer letter 寄过来,我给老板看。。才能讲啊
不过年轻的我们都加parents as guarantor |

PxB 会 grade 顾客
而给 grade 的 factor 是根据年龄,收入,Credit record 等等
在他们的眼中,年轻人还不能够成熟的理财(自己猜的 ),所以给的分数比较低
每间银行都有自己的配套,通常都不能够 adjust 的
因为同事之间会出现很多的争吵
“为什么 A 可以 BLR-xxx;而我只可以拿到 BLR-xxx”
通常只有银行的 priority 顾客,可以拿到 special rate
只有PxB 没有 “standard”,可以随意开价
常常看到 PxB 的Branch Manager 自己人打自己人
Branch A offer BLR-xxx;Branch counter offer。。。(口头上的)
不过现在也统一了 |

不过。。。。internal competitor会是多了点
当然,我们为何争取更多case,给顾客更好的 service..
那么,受惠的也是顾客,只是像我刚做不久的就做到累咯 |

我本身申请几个bank。 当P offer 我这个rate 时,有一家银行很生气的说是P本身建议统一rate, 当大家agree 了,P 却没有施行承诺。
无论如何, 像楼上说的 --〉 受惠的也是顾客 
其实有竞争才会有进步, 但是竞争太强烈, 会带给我么吃不消,压力大  |

thereafter: BLR-2.1%
Non-ZEC, which means I have to pay the legal fee and S&P fee myself. Btw, how much u pay for the S&P? fee?
I didn't know that there is such rule in HSBC that age below 28 years old can only borrow 85% of the loan amount. FYI, my age also below 28 years old (I borrow 90%) and my property is sub-sale as well. |

Really?!Did u have ask somebody to be your guarantor on this loan?My agent told to me if i want on loan 90% that i must get somebody be my guarantor.Due to my age issue |

只知道悲哀,如果要做到那么惨,要求要抢,我不做还好,如果全部顾客只看RATE,不看不APPRECIATE我们的SERVICE的话,这类的顾客,我下次也不想和他们有再多一次的交易。。。。PXX没有口齿。。。。说好了SERVICE比任何都重要自己却说MEMO上个星期才说真正的统一,我们MAYBANK说统一,明天一个EMAIL去PORTAL全部就开始了,难道你们的一个ANNOUNCE需要一个月吗? |
