其实我对于那个impedance还不是很明白..
到底impedance 高好?还是低好?
目前我的计划..星期一开始实行肌肉训练了...
还在苦恼要跟那个计划.
计划1 : 一天做肌肉训练(Chest, Tricep,abs) , 2nd天cardio 30分钟,3rd day (Lat, Bicep,abs) 4th day Cardio 30mins, 5th day(Shoulder, twist, abs), 6th day Cardio 30mins.Day 7 : Rest
计划2: Day1 : Cardio 30mins, Chest,Abs ; Day 2: Cardio 30mins, Bicep Tricep; Day 3, 30mins cardio,Lat and Abs, Day 4: 30mins, Shoulder; Day 5 30mins cardio, Twist and Abs, Day 6 : 30mins cardio , Leg Day 7 : Rest
计划3 : Day 1 Chest, tricep, Abs, Day 2 Lat, Bicep, Day 3 Cardio 30-1hour & abs , Day 4 Shoulder, Twist; Day 5: Leg, and abs. Day 6 Cardio 30-1hour Day 7 : Rest
只是在考虑是否要cardio而已 |
