这我也不确定。。当你看到附近有摆time fibre booth时就会有coverage了，time coverage在malaysia真是少得可怜

嗨，想请问如果这星期申请。最快几时可以上门装呢？
我的旧家用着streamyx，你能帮我取消strewamyx和电话线，然后申请Maxis Fibre？
我的新家用着unifi 的，应该还有半年的合约，你能取消然后转成maxis的吗？

agent是不能帮customer cancel 的，要customer本身前往tm center填termination from才能，我们只能帮顾客申请和upgrade unifi。。你可以等装了maxis fibre才cut掉你的streamyx或unifi。。。按装日期可以自己填上，要填一星期过后的date，因为他们要process order arrangement，有时你填的date已有别人先选了那他们会call 你问你要几时的date来装。。你旧家和新家都要签maxis fibre还是到时从旧家transfer去新家？relocation charge RM200 by maxis 。。pm我你email 我send form给你。
- The installation process will take approximately 6-7 hours. You will receive a call from us within 7 days upon registration to confirm your appointment date and time. For any rescheduling or cancellation of the installation appointment date, customers are required to inform Maxis 3 days prior to the appointment date. Maxis reserves the right to charge the Customer RM200 for any late rescheduling or cancellation request.
- The Services will be installed at the address provided. If you need to relocate from the premises stated herein, you shall provide us prior notice. Any such relocation shall be subject to our Service coverage area and a relocation charge of RM200. We also have an option to terminate the Services with notice to you if the Services cannot be provided at your relocated premise.
