我想问，你们买股，大多是看领导人，看业绩，看分席。。。。我买云顶和大众是看领导人。之前我买云顶在１７卖１９不过我在
３０买回。大众我买在６。６卖在８。１０不过我在９。６５买回。现在我买大众中国基金，在亏着，不过我不断再买，平均价。因个人觉的奥运其间或奥运后会上。谢谢指导。 |

除非大家把希望建立在 "烂船还有三根钉" 的概念上。。。。
赌业基本上是稳赚的生意。。。如果小林是有料的话。。。。盈利不可能下跌那么多的.....
搞不好有一套戏上影---- 名为 << 云聚 。 云散 >>
老爹将不可能变成可能 ---把云顶这看起来不可能的事业建立起来了
孩子也将不可能变成可能-- 将看起来不可能倒闭的企业王国，给推到了。。。。

英国对赌业是蛮放松的国家，很容易看到大大小小的赌场，市场蛮开放. (在英国的赌业搞不好比马来西亚轻松多了）
其实，公司的盈利有稍有起落是可以接受的。。。。但 下跌 91% 我就觉得有点夸张了。。。。

KUALALUMPUR: Genting International plc’s profit for the first quarter endedMarch 31 came in less than one-tenth of the amount booked the sameperiod last year due to lower business volume at its UK casinooperations as well as higher bad debts.
Net profit came in atS$6.02 million (RM14.1 million), down 91% from S$67.55 million a yearearlier, also from heftier gaming duties as well as a higher foreignexchange loss. It also saw lower gains from its derivative financialinstruments of S$18.9 million versus the S$64.8 million gain recognisedin 2007.
Revenue fell 14% toS$168.83 million from S$196.2 million, mainly due to a S$28.6 milliondecrease in revenue from its UK casino operations. The lower patronagethere was exacerbated by the weakening of the pound sterling againstthe Singapore dollar, Genting International said yesterday.
As a smoking ban inall public enclosed areas in England and Wales from July last year hadhad an adverse impact on its gaming business, Genting Internationalsaid it had taken steps to address the matter, including modifying itscasinos “where possible” to enable access to external smoking areas.
As the largest casinooperator in UK, it will also introduce measures to further reduceoperating costs to help cushion effects of softer market conditionsfrom the slip in consumer confidence.
In Singapore, GentingInternational said construction was “on-track” for the integratedresort’s soft opening in 2010. At least S$2.1 billion in constructioncontracts had been awarded as at March 31 and it “continues to beconfident and optimistic about the prospects of Resorts World atSentosa”.
Meanwhile, itswholly-owned subsidiary, Genting Stanley Aldeney Ltd, expects to startits online gaming business in the “later part of the second quarter of2008”. It received its licence in March this year, but the permissionto “go live” is subject to authorities’ approval of its internalcontrol system and gambling equipment.
Genting Internationalshares ended unchanged at 58 Singapore cents on the Singapore Exchangeyesterday, with 11.3 million shares done.

还有云顶，亚航，马银行拥有同一个性质，股价低了还可以再低。 |

或這季的計算基礎有變動.... |

Genting International PLC (“Genting International”) is a leading integrated resorts specialist with over 20 years of international gaming expertise and global experience in developing, operating and/or marketing internationally acclaimed casinos and integrated resorts in different parts of the world, including Australia, the Americas, Malaysia, the Philippines and the United Kingdom (“UK”). Its market capitalisation as of 31 December 2007 was over S$6.6 billion.
Genting International was incorporated in 1984 as a subsidiary of Genting Berhad with the aim to invest in leisure and gaming-related businesses outside of Malaysia. The company was listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in 1990 and has been traded on CLOB International in Singapore.
On 12 December 2005, Genting International was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX”). The company received very strong demand from public and institutional investors and raised about S$350 million in gross proceeds from the issue of 1 billion new shares.
On 10 September 2006, Genting International launched a recommended cash offer of 860 pence per share for Stanley Leisure plc, the UK’s largest casino operator. On 20 October 2006, Genting International divested its 29.6% equity interest in London Clubs International to Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. to focus on the growth and development of Stanley’s business.
On 8 December 2006, Genting International won the bid to develop the second integrated resort on Sentosa Island, Singapore for S$5.2 billion. Construction commenced in April 2007, however due to a decision to add six new attractions to the resort and make contingency provisions, the budget has been revised to S$6 billion.
On 10 January 2007, Genting International submitted the application to de-list the company shares from the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
On 12 January 2007, the company issued convertible bonds due 2012 amounting to S$425 million. The convertible bonds were listed on the SGX on 15 January 2007. - On3 February 2006, Genting International, via a joint venture company,808 Holdings Pte Ltd acquired a 33.33% interest in three properties inKensington, London. The joint venture company comprises two otherpartners linked to CapitaLand Ltd and HPL Properties Limited, each hasa one-third stake respectively. International sales and marketing services
- GentingInternational is an exclusive marketing and sales co-ordinator ofGenting Highlands Resort outside Malaysia.
