Was told by someone certain property in JB will need to pay extra "tax" in Iskandar property.Can someone confirm on this? If yes price will increase again. |

是從KL HIGHWAY 下來直線直走到DATO ＯＮＧ 到ＫＦＣＨ 的旁边路在直接进去是直通到setia business part II的工業區

My understanding for foreigner buyer need to pay State Authority consent fees + other admin/professional fees which is around RM$11K . Never hear of "extra tax" also..

Hi Neonyc,
In fact you can register the unit you want now for phase 2 by just placing a cheque ($5k). SP will not transact it. Before launching SP will get back to you the house price and if it is too high compare to phase 1 then you can simply reject by getting back the cheque. Cash will need to take 2 months to reach your bank. |

At KFCH junction, there is a new road which is UC. Anyone know the development plan of this rosd. Or can obtain the plan from the website? Hope it can link to SEC. |
